Maintenance Service procedure

• Include the part number and designation of the product returned by your customer,
• Include the warranty number (see sticker on product),
• Include the number and date of the original Beijing ConST invoice,
• Briefly explain the details after troubleshooting the product in question.
Is the product in question currently under warranty?
If YES:
•The Maintenance Service Team will send you a file number by email.
•Fill out the warranty sheet and include the file number with the returned product.
•Our Test & Measurement Department will recover the product in question from your company.
•We will pay all transportation and custom fees.
•Attach all necessary documents with the returned product.
•If the product is defective, it will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to the customer.
•We will pay all transportation and customs fees.
•We will inform the customer by email on the date the product is shipped.
If NO:
•PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept any return of products under and out of
warranty without the documents mentioned hereafter(RMA returned Form).
•In the case where the following documents cannot be supplied, the return of goods will be achieved under the delivery term DDP ConST.
•Please note that all products must be returned to the following address:

•The Export Department will have to be informed before the return of goods.
•Please notify in a letter, the reason for the product return: reparation or re-calibration.
•Enclose an ORIGINAL INVOICE copy:
•Quantity of the product(s) and the reason for the return.
•The shipping cost must be paid by the customer, that is to say the Delivery term is
DDP ConST on the way there and EXW ConST for the return.
